Description: This rare and charming 1930’s Art Deco WELLS-GARDNER Mini Console tube radio stands just 38” high and is in very nice estate condition. This little radio has never been touched – the few harmless scuffs have been left alone, the finish is original and overall pleasing, knobs are correct and the grill cloth is beautiful and almost certainly original. There Is a Tuning Eye above the attractive dial – the smaller size of the dial is toned down to complement the reduced scale of the set – all color notations and details are excellent. The chassis is complete, the original label Model 7LL is retained and the radio plays. The cord is good and when plugged in, stations were found easily. While a servicing is recommended on all OLD electronics, it plays and presents beautifully as it sits – ready to go. Pick-Up in Central Pennsylvania.
