I have two other pairs of Wesco Engineer boots so I am selling these because the color is too light for me (they will darken over time). Sizing: Do your research before purchasing. Engineer boots are tricky to get the correct fit. I do not accept returns so you are better off not buying if you are unsure. Some of the online retailers that sell Mister Lou's claim that the E width fits like a D width in this model of boot. I am a D width on a Brannock devise and I have found that the E width is a bit wide for me. I wear a heavier sock in the other E width boot I own and that works for me. Check out Utube videos from Wesco that cover their boot sizing. Most people order one half size under their Brannock devise size in the boots length. I measure as a size 9, so I order a size 8.5. Your feet may be different. Horsehide leather: this leather has graining that adds character and makes each boot unique. If you are looking for a more smooth and uniform leather in your boots then horsehide may not be for you. Try the boots made in Chromexcel cowhide for a smooth and uniform look.
