Description: I purchased these from Standard & Strange as a 9.5 E (which in this style is actually a D width) and after about a year and half of wear I sent them to be resized and re-soled as a 9 EE (actually fits like a traditional 9 E). My Brannock measurement is 9.5 E and they fit perfect, but I’ve got too many boots, so I’m hesitantly letting these go. for comparison I wear a US 9 in Chuck 70s and a 10 in most Vans. This was the first or second round of this style, no longer offered by Wesco os Standard & Strange. I’ve worn these well, but have taken care of them in kind. Regularly cleaned and oiled at least once a year. And because they were resoled and re-sized, there’s still a ton of life on the sole and plenty of breaking them in to fit your exact foot. They are about 50% broken in/ conformed to my foot, by my gauge. The only real flaws/damage is 3 little red paint splatters (mostly worn off) on the left vamp, and one little gouge on the right vamp, that is superficial and not deep at all. Otherwise, they have a beautiful patina, ready for you to add more character as they become a part of you. It’s tough to see these ones go. let me know if you have any questions!
