Description: Not an expert but I'd classify it as in rough shape and offer it up only to save it from the landfill. I know some people will want or collect almost anything and I rescued this item from the closing day of an estate sale. The hand crank still works. The top band for the bucket had come off when I got it and I put it back on, I cannot say how sturdy that repair is, probably not very. I think its missing part of the a clamp to hold the crank in place. There may be something I'm missing, please look at all pictures and ask any questions you may have.
