Description: WHITNEY HOUSTON “Whitney Houston” (self titled). This is an original US pressing from 1985 (club version with the barcode) and it’s still factory SEALED! Condition (visual grading) cover/record: EX/M The jacket looks very good! There are a few places of the shrink wrap breakage and it shows moderate shelf and handling wear (please check last six pictures for more details on it). Despite all that - it’s very nice overall, good corners - solid excellent condition! This item is sold as a collector’s item! Please, check the return policy on the collector items. Records grading can be very subjective, so, please, inspect all the pictures for the condition and don’t hesitate to ask any questions about this listing. All sealed records are expected to be in the mint condition. However, most of the sealed albums I sell are usually 30-60 years old and they've been in my possession for up to 10 years. I don't know how and where they were stored before I got them. That's why there won't be any returns accepted due to the warps, residue/dust, any manufacturing defects (like bubbles, misplaced labels, double labels, badly cut/pressed pellets, etc.) or any other imperfections which can't be noted without breaking a shrink wrap. Certainly never been played. All sealed records are graded as mint. Near Mint (NM or M-) Record shows signs of very slight handling and is almost perfect. Cover shows very very light signs of wear. Excellent (EX) Better than VG+, but notch away from (NM) Very Good Plus (VG+) Picture sleeves and LP inner sleeves will have some slight wear, lightly turned up corners, or a slight seam split. An LP cover may have slight signs of wear also and may be marred by a cut-out hole, indentation or corner indicating it was taken out of print and sold at a discount. Please, note that either record or cover may only have 2 or 3 of small defects at the time to be considered very good plus condition and NOT all or the most of them.
