Wild, natural, thorned variety which produces abundant fruit starting in the second year, with peak harvest Time during the month of June in Southeastern USA. Dry pack planting instructions : (1) scarify by soaking in hot tap water for 24 hours and then stratifying under refrigeration for 3 months or more (alternatively, purchase our pre-stratified seed package) (2) surface sow direct on soil or in pots and lightly tamp.
