Description: Welcome to Another Premium Vintage PC Auction from The Old PC Shop! Up for auction is a nice Windows 98 Second Edition computer perfect for your Windows 98 (and most Windows 95) games! This custom-built rig is based on an excellent DFI mainboard hosting an Intel PIII 500MHz CPU, 256MB RAM, and a fast SATA 40GB hard drive via an IDE to SATA converter. Gaming power is provided by a NVIDIA 16MB AGP video card and a Creative Sound Blaster PCI128 sound card - See the 3DMark benchmark picture. A DVD+-RW and a functioning 3.5" floppy drive round out the hardware. The mainboard has three available 16-bit ISA slots which will accept full sized cards. A new 80MM case fan is installed to help keep everything cool. A clean install of Windows 98 Second Edition has been completed with all drivers configured, including service-pack updates, DirectX 9c, etc. The Windows 98 Second Edition install binaries are on the hard drive. A Norton Ghost Bootable Restore CD is included. A new CMOS battery is installed. A keyboard, new mouse, and a power cord are included. Speakers and a monitor are not included.
