I'm a bit unsure on the size. It says 'Regular' on the tag. I'm 6 ft and 210 lbs...average size guy and it's too small for me. I can get it on my head, but you can tell it's pulling on the chin too much and needs to be one or two sizes bigger for me. It may fit a smaller man fine, but I'm sure it was designed for the mid sized teenager, (like my son was at the time). I would think if you were 5 ft 2 to 5 ft 8 and medium to small build and head size it's going to fit. I would guess 'Regular' means 'medium' in children's. So, adult or big headed teenager =probably not for you and please don't buy it! I'm not quite sure what they made these things out of. It might be leather, or it might be PU leather (fake leather). The material feels nice and tight, and you can tell it's designed to take a beating. Handmade in Thailand. It looks pretty close to being new. I see no obvious scuffs or marking on it. We anticipated our son going into boxing, but he decided on the grappling arts and never used it. Anyways, if you have a mid sized teenager who needs some quality headgear....this might be what you are looking for. If it doesn't fit, you can send it back for a refund. I would just like to see someone find some use for it....
