This is a cut-out style, silver tone metal buckle with a diamond-cut style "moon dog" in the center, made by EJC, in 1995. It is in decent used condition, as shown in the photos it does have wear and tear from age and use. It measures approximately 3-3/8" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-1/2" wide belt and it weighs about 3.6 oz.
