I personally put gel inserts in mine, the surgeon I work for wears his as they came, however, inserts are not required or included. I remove the inserts before washing and sterilizing in the autoclave. These fuchsia clogs are US size 9.5 and come with a removable heel strap that also swivels back and forth. When machine washing, pack the footwear so it does not come into direct contact with the inside of the machine. Don’t use aggressive detergents, solvents, or corrosive products. Let the clogs dry entirely at room temperature. Keep away from heat sources.
