Description: An original WW2 ALLIED AIR DROP PROPAGANDA LEAFLET of a specific type known as a "PASSIERSCHEIN" (SURRENDER / PASS LEAFLET) guaranteeing safe passage for surrendering German Troops. It refers to the BATTLE of STALINGRAD and shows an original German propaganda drawing of the Battle next to a photograph headed "what actually happened". Captions beneath imply that the German artist can easily mislead, whereas the camera doesn't lie. Given the presence of Cyrillic text on the back, this would appear to have been produced by the RED ARMY Measures approximately 21cm x 20cm.
