Immediately after receiving the collection, I "quarantined" everything in plastic totes for 8 months with sprinkled baking soda. This eliminated about 75% of smoky odor. However, 25% of it is still there and there still are trace amounts of baking soda that remains. If you have any aversions to either of these conditions, please do not make a bid or purchase.Personally, I feel that the copious amount of 100+ year old advertisements alone makes these a satisfying purchase. In good to very good condition. Showing minor signs of age, wear, and handling. Pages are tightly bound and appears to be complete at over 100 pgs. 99%-100% of text is present and legible. It measures approx. 6 3/4" x 10"You will receive the exact example shown in the photos.Packed safely, just one issue weighs over 1lb.
