This 96th cover depicts the 50th Anniversary of the Signing of the United Nations Charter on June 26, 1945. The cover is double cancelled and the red cancellation is from Majuro proper on June 26, 1995. The cover bears one 32 cent "United Nations Charter Signed 1945" stamp. The cover is signed by Sailass Andrike, Director of Post for the Republic of the Marshall Islands. The creator of the cover is also a member of the American Philatelic Society.
