Description: A beautiful pair of Lieutenant-General shoulder boards for the WWII German Army (Wehrmacht). Original pieces purchased at a reputable auction house in Germany. Gold and silver "russian" braid on a red background is correct for a general in the Wehrmacht. One large silver pip on each, properly placed at the end of the shoulder boards vice those seen in the middle of the board. These original boards are the sewed-on variety. A sewn small gold button is on the uniform shoulder which goes through the tops. The bottom of the boards would be sewed to the tunic. Buyer pays shipping. Look at all pictures before bidding. Buyer's remorse is not a satisfactory reason for complaining/returning items. No offensive symbols on this piece, or sales to hate groups.
