Description: X-MEN #6RARE UK VARIANT! Early Sub-Mariner Appearance!Marvel Comics 1964 This is a rare copy of X-men #6, being a UK variant with pence price instead of cent. The front cover has a lot of creases and small edge & spine tears/chips. The back cover has a 3" horizontal tear mid-page, a 1"x1/2" chip bottom left corner, and other small tears/chips. The spine is heavily worn with small tears/chips and cumulative few inches of splits. The cover is virtually detached, barely attached by threads at both staples, such that may not survive another journey through the mail system. The centerfold is attached at both staples and interior pages in relatively good shape. This book is complete and there is no tape or other signs of restoration that I could detect. PLEASE take a close look at the photographs and assess the condition yourself before purchasing. Shipping: Raw comic books are either sent in Gemini mailers (or similar) or sandwiched between sturdy thick cardboard pieces. Comic books are firmly attached to cardboard with blue painter's tape to ensure they stay put in transit and to make it easier for the buyer to unpack. Orders of up to 1 pound are shipped via USPS first-class mail. Orders over 1 pound are sent priority mail (note that comic books cannot be sent media mail per USPS regulations). All slabs are double boxed with ample packing material. Returns: Returns available for most raw comic books. I do not generally accept returns for graded books, but there are exceptions - I will accept a return if there is a defect in the slab due to CGC encasing or if the book is damaged during transit.
