Use In Pregnancy & LactationAlthough animal experiments with aescin have shown no evidence of teratogenic action, in conformity with general medical considerations, Reparil-Gel N should not be given during the first 3 months of pregnancy.Prolonged treatment with Reparil-Gel N covering large areas should be avoided during pregnancy and lactation, and the gel should not be applied to the breast area during lactation. DescriptionEach 100-g Reparil-Gel N contains aescin 1 g and diethylamine salicylate 5 g. It also contains the following excipients: Polyacrylic acid, macrogol-6-caprylic acid glycerides, sodium edetate, trometamol, isopropanol, flavours and purified water.Reparil-Gel N is transparent and penetrates rapidly and completely into the affected tissues. It is non-greasy and does not smear. It cools the painful area, soothes and protects the skin and is well tolerated even by sensitive skin.
