Description: This is a Large Lot of Original Xbox items, featuring my Original Release Edition Microsoft Xbox Console Complete In Box, with All of the items and paperwork (except the Duke Controller). The Product SKU is F23-00061. Unfortunately, I no longer have the Duke Controller that came with this Original Release Xbox, so I am including one of my Original Microsoft Controller S controllers that I bought shortly after they were released. This controller is in Outstanding Condition, along with all of the Hardware Peripherals and Games included in this listing. I am a 68-year-old responsible adult who has always taken good care of my belongings. I have no children or grand-children, so this console has never used by children or teen-agers; only by myself, my wife and a couple of adult friends. The Box is in Exceptional Condition; No rips or tears on it. It looks fantastic for its age for sure. You would be hard pressed to find a finer example Anywhere. The console has a few light scratches on the top and I would consider it to be in Near Mint Condition, considering that it was used in moderation for less than four years. It works perfectly; the disc drive opens and closes smoothly and quietly. As you can see from the photos, the bottom labels are perfectly intact as this Xbox has never been opened or modified in any way. I used this Xbox until I purchased an Xbox 360 shortly after it released, in the summer of 2005. After that, I put this Original Xbox in a closet and did not set it up until recently, to take these photos and make sure that it still worked well. I played and loaded several games for more than one hour to ensure that it was working properly after not being used for such a long time. Everything is working just as it should be. I waited in a long line the night before the Midnight Launch Event at my local Service Merchandise store to buy my Xbox on Day One. This is the relatively Rare Release Edition; I am sure that the serial number is very low because I bought it on its Release Date of November 15, 2001. The box label states that it is from Lot No.143. Please refer to the photo with the Kernel Version and Revision Information. Then look at the Xbox's System Info screen shot. This Xbox has a Kernel Version of 3944, the Very First version produced. Xbox Revision 1.0. The Manufactured Date on the box label reads 2001-10-30, October 30, 2001. An Original Xbox! Everything in this listing has had only One Owner, Me! (except for the Mechassault full version game, labeled Not For Resale, that I purchased used). I am not sure if this was a pack-in item on a subsequent Xbox console release or was distributed as a Promo copy of this outstanding Microsoft Xbox game. Sadly, the Instruction Manual F23-00061 was stored in a separate box and received water damage at some point. The pages are intact and all legible, no rips or tears, but it is severely crinkled up and rippled due to the moisture. Except for this damaged manual, Everything here is in Very Good to Mint Condition. All of the Peripheral Hardware Items are in Outstanding Condition and really make this Large Xbox Lot a very good value in my opinion. Please check out my detailed photos. I will not collapse or fold the box so as to not break the original seal on the top flap. I opened this from the bottom to avoid breaking that top seal back in 2001.
