First, we professionally shorten the cord on the V2 sensor from its original 9 foot length down to around one foot. It's a very labor intensive process that takes several hours to accomplish because it is a shielded and grounded cable with 13 tiny wires in it. Just about all of the other SLS/XLS cameras on the market don't have a shortened cord, instead they hide the 9 feet of cord inside a box on the unit which adds much more bulk and weight to the unit which will tire your arm out much faster while carrying it. Next is the carry system, its a commercial C-style carry system that some of the other SLS/XLS camera systems out there use except we add a stabilizing bar to it that makes the unit MUCH stiffer and much less prone to bouncing and wobbling while on the table which is something that our competitor's cameras that use a similar carry system suffer from. It's very ergonomic and stable. The next advantage that our cameras have over the others are the large high quality tablet PC's we use which are Microsoft Surface Pro 3 units with a big 12.3 inch screen and with an activated copy of windows 10 pro that have the latest updates installed. The stabilizer bar that we add to the carry system allows it to be able to carry large tablet PC's without excessive bouncing and wobbling which is why most of our competitors cameras don't come with tablet PC's as large as ours do and those that do offer tablets as large as ours wobble and bounce like crazy because they don't have the stabilizer bar that we put on our units. It's very easy to use and the operating instructions are located in a file on the home screen so that you'll always have them with you. It also offers NINE different views to choose from! We wish we didn't have to add this next part to the description but I've been left with no choice. There is another seller on eBay that sells ghost hunting cameras (I won't mention his eBay name because that would be unprofessional) that has seen fit knock our products in his listings by trying to minimize the advantages our cameras have over his by telling falsehoods to try to sway you to buy his products. He says that the shortened cord we offer on our products only saves 1/3 of a pound, in reality it saves 1/2 of a pound. He conveniently leaves out the weight of the bulky box he hides the cord in on his cameras which I'll guess probably weighs about another 1/2 of a pound by itself. Meaning, our XLS cameras weigh around 1 pound less than his does, a pound of extra weight that you WILL feel after carrying it around for a while. He then attacks the stabilizer bar we add to the mount which eliminates the bounciness and wobble that the mount will have when the weight of a large tablet PC is sitting on it. Any camera without the stabilizer WILL be bouncy and wobbly. He also tries to make it sound like the added weight of the stabilizer bar negates the weight saved by shortening the cord. The stabilizer bar is made of aluminum and weighs just 1/2 of an ounce (1/32nd of a pound). That hardly offsets the 1/2 pound of weight saved by shortening the cord, lol. Speaking of the cord, he tries to imply that we can't shorten the cord without it having problems. Maybe HE has problems shortening the cord but we do not, we have never had a camera have an issue with the shortened cord because we know what we're doing. He knocks the shortened cord and the stabilizer bar because he either doesn't want to do the work required to shorten the cord and to produce and install the stabilizer bar or he doesn't know how to shorten the cord without screwing it up and doesn't have the facilities or equipment to produce the stabilizer bar. He says that his cameras are the only ones that don't have a 1-3 second lag before the image shows up on the screen which is another lie. Our cameras have no lag either.
