The two locking bolts in the bottom of the stem hold it in place. A quick removal of those bolts allows you to rotate the stem to the opposite position, before re-installing them.PHDS (Progressive Handlebar Damping System) bar mounts are included with every set of ROCS triple clamps. The elastomers used to hold the handlebar help to absorb vibrations to help reduce fatigue, improving your control.
