The Yakima Big PowderHound Ski racks · Will carry up to 6 pairs of skis, (depends on ski width) or 4 snowboards. · Can be mounted on either Yakima or Thule Roof Racks with new style Yakima bar mounts which are included. · Will fit on Car factory cross bars with use of Yakima Universal Mighty Mounts, (must be purchased separately). · Soft rubber inserts cradle your skis or snowboards. · Racks, when not in use can be rotated down to be out of the wind stream, for better aerodynamics and getting into parking structures when not in use (only when mounted on Yakima bars) · Lockable with SKS interchangeable locking cores.
