This Yearbook is in Good condition. The cover is is decent but the front hinge has split from having become brittle. I have applied cloth binding tape to stabilize the cover and make it more durable for use. The interior of the Yearbook is bright and clean and is unmarked. The binding, end papers and interior hinges are in excellent condition. The pages have a hint of yellowing due to cigarette smoke. Please Note: This Book does have some odor of cigarette smoke..
