Pam                                                                                                                                                                   The easiest way to find your wrist size is to take a foot long piece of string, shoe lace, thread or cut a foot long -1/2 inch wide piece of paper & wrap it around your wrist (comfortably not to tight) & mark where the ends meet. Then measure the markings with a ruler & that is your wrist size. My bracelets are made with very strong 1m stretch string & stretches about a 1/2 inch larger which is perfect when wearing magnetic hematite because you want the beads touching your wrist to receive the most healing benefits.
