The banknote is in excellent XF++ quality with extremely crisp paper and without a single tear or hole, but there are age spots (the banknote is over 100 years old!). That's exactly why I graded it as XF. On the AUSTRIAN-HUNGARIAN banknote there is a distinctly legible and clear oval purple handstamp "KOTARSKI URED - LJUBUŠKI", which means "DISTRICT OFFICE - LJUBUŠKI". Ljubuški is a small town in the south of Bosnia and Herzegovina, not far from the border with Croatia. Today there are only 4,000 inhabitants. At that time in 1919, probably less than this.
