Description: This Hurst ZF 63A marine transmission was reconditioned internally by our certified marine technicians and failure wasn't from lack of fluids, but from fwd clutch pack slippage. Customer tried to power thru a shallow shoal with trolling valve engaged. He bought a new ZF and we ended up with this core, that we rebuilt. New clutch packs, seal, gaskets n filter. All internal bearings and others were in excellent condition. This is no trolling valve now, but can install if so desired for an additional $1,350.00.
