Axis Bar and Thumb stud are made stainless steel for corrosion resistant. Back Spacer will be made using T6061 Aluminum. Important Note Regarding Axis Bar: After installing the Axis lock bar, action will feel very sticky or seized up due to coating rubbing on steel. Using both hands with gloves and pinch the axis bar to help it slide back and forth repeatedly. Continue this process until the coating wears off allowing the Omega Spring to kick in.
